Dr Neoh graduated with First Class Honours at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, India, in 1998. He obtained his MRCP (UK) in 2003 and Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) from the National University of Singapore in 2004.
He started his training in non-invasive Cardiology and Echocardiography in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kota Kinabalu in 2004. In 2005, he joined Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru, where he commenced training in Invasive Cardiology. He is competent in all aspects of Cardiology including interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty and stenting, permanent pacemaker implantation (single and dual chamber) and cardiac imaging.
He obtained Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Institute Jantung Negara (IJN) in 2007 where he was trained in all aspects of Interventional Cardiology including Primary and Rescue PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) in Acute Myocardial Infarction and Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS).
He also received further training in Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) and Cardiac MRI at Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam. He had established the Cardiac CT Programme at the Regency Specialist Hospital, Johor, where he was Visiting Consultant Cardiologist.
In 2008, he obtained Fellowship in Cardiac Imaging at Thoraxcentre, Erasmus Medical Centre, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
